Jim joined Maristhill in January 2020 bringing with him considerable experience as a healthcare professional. His previous appointments include service as an Executive Director at Wingate at Sudbury in Sudbury, Mass.; Harrington House Transitional Care in Walpole, Mass. and Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Westboro, Mass. In each role, he oversaw the facilities’ comprehensive operations. Jim holds a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in finance and a Master of Business Administration in management — both from Bryant College in Smithfield, R.I. He earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from Providence College in Providence, R.I.Jim is also an active member of the American College of Health Care Administrators. He holds a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in finance and a Master of Business Administration in management — both from Bryant College in Smithfield, R.I. Luanne oversees all aspects of clinical and resident care, staff education and scheduling. She began her career at Maristhill in 2001 as a charge nurse and has held the positions of Nurse Manager, Director of Staff Development and Infection Control, as well as Assistant Director of Nursing. A graduate of Massachusetts Bay Community College, Ms. Deagle is a Registered Nurse.
April joined Covenant Health in 2021. April is responsible for implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, ensuring compliance, growth and promote the organization’s values. Overseeing HR systems, employee relations, recruit, train and retain high-performing professional staff. April has over 25 years of Human Resource Management experience.
Janet has a heart and responsibility for the integration of our mission, to continue the healing ministry of Christ” throughout the facility. This includes facilitating daily Mass and other services, visiting patients and residents and offering spiritual support to them, their families and our staff. Janet has a master’s degree in ministry from St. John’s Seminary and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. She is also a member of the National Association of Catholic Chaplains.
With a distinguished background in the healthcare field, Suzanne has more than 30 years of experience. She has been part of the Maristhill community for over 10 years, as both a Nurse Manager and House Supervisor and looks forward to answering any questions your family might have during the admissions process.
