Meet Our Team

Jim joined Maristhill in January 2020 bringing with him considerable experience as a healthcare professional. His previous appointments include service as an Executive Director at Wingate at Sudbury in Sudbury, Mass.; Harrington House Transitional Care in Walpole, Mass. and Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Westboro, Mass. In each role, he oversaw the facilities’ comprehensive operations. Jim holds a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in finance and a Master of Business Administration in management — both from Bryant College in Smithfield, R.I. He earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from Providence College in Providence, R.I. Jim is also an active member of the American College of Health Care Administrators.

Natasha joined the Maristhill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center team in April 2004 as its Director of Nursing. In this role, she oversees the nursing staff and ensures all residents receive comprehensive, high-quality and compassionate care. Natasha has nearly 10 years of nursing experience with a focus on long-term care.

Prior to joining Maristhill, Natasha was the Director of Nursing at Charlwell House Rehabilitation Center and Nursing in Norwood, Mass. She also held Assistant Director of Nursing roles at Presentation Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Brighton, Mass. and Wingate Residences at Needham in Needham, Mass.

Natasha earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or BSN, from Labouré College of Health Care in Milton, Mass.

April joined Covenant Health in 2021. April is responsible for implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, ensuring compliance, growth and promote the organization’s values. Overseeing HR systems, employee relations, recruit, train and retain high-performing professional staff. April has over 25 years of Human Resource Management experience.

Chad joined the Maristhill team in 2024 and brings decades of ministry experience spanning all age groups. He helps the community live the spiritual gifts of the Marist Missionary Sisters and the Sisters of Charity of Montreal by celebrating daily Mass and hosting other prayer opportunities, visiting with residents and offering spiritual care and support to them, their loved ones and the staff. Chad also ensures Maristhill’s mission remains aligned with its Catholic and non-profit identity and its consistent with Covenant Health’s mission. Chad holds a Master of Arts in Ministry degree from St. John’s Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry in Transformational Leadership from Boston University.

With a distinguished background in the healthcare field, Suzanne has more than 30 years of experience. She has been part of the Maristhill community for over 10 years, as both a Nurse Manager and House Supervisor and looks forward to answering any questions your family might have during the admissions process.
